What is the New Year?
It is the reminder of the passage of time and a reminiscence of all our uncomfortable memories. There is nothing new that is in the New Year since everything has happened in the past is happening now and will keep happening in the future. We are just deceiving ourselves thinking that we are entering into a New Year. Said all this, I want to say, but the New Year is a time that is giving us an opportunity to start everything a fresh. It comes with the possibility of not bogging down at our past rather to make an optimistic adventure into all new possibilities. For this one certainly needs the care and the providence of the Almighty and All powerful Ultimate Reality, which we all call God. May the God of the universe and the savior of our souls help us to make a fresh start to be more like what God want us to be for living our lives worthy to be called as Human beings and children of God.
